Meet The Chef

Chef Michael Wilson studied culinary arts in New York City after which he worked in Manhattans top culinary scene. Chef Michael has been published in numerous food magazines and books, as well as a feature at the Food Network Chelsea market. With over 30 years of experience, Michael retired as the senior sous chef of the Four Seasons resort on Maui, to join his wife working with Bella Vita Apothecary. When Michael is not cooking up soaps and candles, you can find him cooking up gourmet meals as a private chef, hanging out with his dogs, and working in his culinary garden.
