You have the opportunity to earn more by creating downlines. A Network link is available in your Ambassador dashboard.

This link is a direct link to the Ambassador program application. When a person fills out the application from your link, upon acceptance, they will be automatically added to your downline. These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a Merchant (“we” or “Merchant”) and an Ambassador (“you” or “Ambassador” or "Affiliate") who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, Ambassador agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Ambassador or participate in the Program in any manner.

The To Be Collective Ambassador Program is owned and operated by To Be Organics LLC using/processed with the UpPromote Affiliate program.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Ambassador Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Ambassador Program Registration.

2. Ambassdor Links and Coupon

Ambassador link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an ambassador link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

Ambassador might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer clicks on both the ambassador link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.

Ambassador may also advertise merchant website online on their personal channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers. Ambassador is prohibited to use paid ads on all social media channels and outlets.  "To Be Organics" and "To Be" are registered trademarks "6,655,004".

3. Commissions and Payment

When you refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission Structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value after discounts and not including extra fees ie. (tax, shipping cost,...).

Commision Rules:  Threshold refers to the total sales order value after discounts and not including extra fees ie. (tax, shipping cost,...) that is accrued each month. Once threshold is reached Ambassador will automatically be moved into the next commisssion tier. If threshold for that tier is not met in a 30 day period, Ambassador will move to the previous tier and commisssion will be applied from that qualifying tier. All tier thresholds will be adjusted on the first of each month. Commission tiers are as followed:

Lilikoi: 8% commission - sale threshold $300 

Coconut: 10% commission - sale threshold $900 

Pineapple: 12% commission - sale threshold $2000

Hibiscus: 15% commission - sale threshold $5000

Plumeria: 20% commission - over $5000

Wholesale Commisions: A flat 15% commission will be awarded on all first time wholesale accounts. We use Faire.com to track sales. Contact us at collective@tobeorganics.com to get your individual FAIRE link to share with stores. When they purchase through your link, your 15% commission will be paid out in a one time bonus through your Ambassador Portal. 

For an Ambassador to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on the "Settings" tab. Payment schedule will be notified on the Ambassador Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Ambassador Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed in the "Commission tab", any paid commission will be listed on the "Payment tab". Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.

Ambassadors are considered independant contractors and will be required to submit a W9 tax form when applying. Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax filings and tax payments in accordance to their state and federal requirements. To Be Organics llc will provide the required 1099's to Ambassadors that qualify. To Be Organics LLC is not responsible or liable for any tax filings or payments due on behalf of the Ambassador. 

4. Marketing tool

We may share promotion media such as banners, logos or specific collection promotions to you through the "Marketing tool" tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on your channels channels.

5. Network

Ambassadors can invite others to become their downline Ambassador. To invite other Ambassadors into the system, share your network link and any  potential Ambassador who clicks on that link, and signs up, will become a downline Ambassador.

If any downline Ambassador brings in an order to To Be Organics, you will recieve a continuous 5% network commission bonus on all order totals (after discounts, not including tax and shipping).

6. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we cannot track them, and we will not be able to pay earnings on that person's activity.

7. Removal from Ambassador Program

An Ambassador can decide at any time to leave the To Be Collective Ambassador Program. If an Ambassador wishes to be removed from the To Be Collective, they can do so by contacting: collective@tobeorganics.com. Once all payouts are processed, the Ambassador will be notified that their account has been closed.
